The client wanted to conduct a survey with customers to gain an understanding of the level of awareness, perception, sentiment, and themes associated with its brand.
We conducted telephone surveys with 70 consumers from different end-user industries to gather information. We performed an in-depth analysis to derive insights on awareness and perception levels.
The client was able to make changes to its brand strategies based on insights specific to perception and awareness levels. It was also able to make changes to its marketing strategies, which resulted in improved sales.
