A leading global food & beverage client wanted to conducted a detailed customer survey based study to understand customer behavior within the bakery segment.
Situation
The client wanted gauge and validate customer trends, needs, concerns, assess perception regarding innovation and freshness and identify key preferences of the customers.
Approach
We conducted telephone surveys with 100 consumers from across Europe to gather required information. We did an in-depth analysis to derive insights specific to customer behavior.
Impact
The client was able to revisit their strategy based on the understanding of the customer trends, preferences, behavior and needs. They were also able to generate new ideas for product innovation, marketing, packaging and customer acquisition.
