Business Challenge: A leading fast food chain wanted to monitor social media conversations around its brand in order track potential threats.
The fast food client was facing challenges in keeping track of conversations across social media channels on their brand and tracking potential threats. They also wanted to devise a mechanism to raise alert in case of a potential trigger.
We established a weekly social media monitoring to keep track of activities around the client’s brands. We also set up hourly reporting of status during the times of prevalent negative perceptions or crisis.
The fast food client was able to clearly track and understand the triggers/metrics on a weekly basis and remain proactive and handle crises before it got severe.
