We identified the key performance indicators for the competitors’ improving sales performance and benchmarked the company’s performance against its competitors on the basis of product quality, R&D, sales and distribution, and marketing spend.
Based on our insights the client made changes to its manufacturing and distribution structure to benchmark them against the competitors’ best in class, and standardized its delivery structure, which helped in a substantial increase of revenue from higher sales.
