The client wanted to assess the working relations of key global suppliers to assess how it compares with its competitors in a variety of working relationship areas and to understand ways to develop effective working relations.


We conducted a web-based survey with the suppliers of the client to gather information around key parameters. We did an in-depth analysis of the obtained information to derive insights for the client. Impact The client was able to improve its supplier satisfaction levels by implementing improvements in key areas such as working relationships, price reduction, and quality demands.
