A leading technology firm, wanted to conduct a study focused on Innovation Index with FTSE 250 and FTSE 500 firms in the UK.
Situation
The client wanted to conduct surveys with CXO level executives to evaluate their roles specific to innovation strategies, managing innovation projects, employee innovation platform and determining key innovation focus areas.
Approach
We conducted 30+ in-depth primary interviews with CXO level executives with FTSE 250 and FTSE 500 firms in the UK and obtained insights specific to their roles in managing innovation projects and emerging technologies in innovation.
Impact
The technology firm client was able to gain an understanding of the key innovation practices, trends and the role of chief innovation officers. Based on these insights, they were able to make strategic decisions for streamlining their targeting and positioning strategies.
